Standard delivery takes 6–9 business days from the day you order. Sale items can take a little longer, so please allow an extra 2–4 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Yes, we deliver to addresses right across Australia, including regional areas. Remote and rural addresses, peak periods like Christmas and severe weather can occasionally add a few days.

Shipping costs and any free-shipping offers are shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Every order is tracked. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number. If your order has more than one item, it may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, or the tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, please contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and find a solution for you.

For fitted pieces, we recommend the larger size. For relaxed knits and oversized styles, your usual size is usually best. If you're unsure, send us your measurements and we'll gladly help you choose.

Yes. If something doesn't fit or isn't quite right, you can request an exchange (different size or colour, subject to availability) or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

We don't offer refunds for change of mind, but we're happy to exchange your item or give you store credit within 14 days of delivery. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty.

Sale, clearance and discounted items are final sale for change of mind. If a sale item is faulty or not as described, you're of course fully covered.

We're so sorry if that happens. Email us your order number and a few clear photos, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law. We cover the return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

Always follow the care label first. As a general rule: wash knits gently in cold water and dry them flat, hang satin and tailored pieces, and store your favourites folded or on padded hangers so they keep their shape.
